How it works
A CRM shaped around the workshop, not the sales team
Worqsta is workshop management software for any workshop that services and repairs for customers. It tracks the conversations, jobs, parts and call-backs that usually live on sticky notes, in inboxes and in people's heads.
Who it's for
Independent and dealer workshops of every kind (automotive, motorcycle, truck, marine, small engine and more), from a one-person shop to a multi-bay operation with a service desk, mechanics and a parts counter.
- You take customer calls and emails every day
- Jobs often wait on parts or on the customer
- Call-backs sometimes get forgotten
- More than one person needs to know where a job is up to
Getting started
Create your account
Sign up with your email address (or Google) and confirm it with the 6-digit code we send you.
Set up your workshop
Give your workshop a name and choose its time zone. You're the owner, and your 14-day free trial starts straight away.
Bring in your team
Add people from Settings → Team using their email address and choose their role: Owner, Manager or Staff. They join the first time they sign in with that address.
Choose a plan
Before the trial ends, pick the plan that fits your team size in Settings → Plan and pay on Stripe's secure checkout page.
A job, start to finish
Log the call or email
Find the customer (or add them on the spot), note what was said and attach any photos.
Open an enquiry
The job gets a title, a vehicle and a status everyone can see: Open, Awaiting Customer, Awaiting Parts or Ready for Customer Contact.
Order parts
Add parts with supplier and ETA. The enquiry moves to Awaiting Parts, and to Ready for Customer Contact when the last one arrives.
Follow up
Set a follow-up for the right person. It shows on the dashboard and in the 7am reminder email until it's done.
Resolve it
Mark the enquiry resolved. Its full history, including who changed what, stays on the customer's record.
