Terms of service

Last updated [date]

These terms set out how workshops may use Worqsta and what each side is responsible for.

The service

Worqsta is a customer-contact and job-tracking tool for workshops, provided by [Business name], ABN [ABN] ("we", "us").

By creating a workshop or signing in you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Accounts and your team

The person who creates a workshop is its owner and is responsible for who they add to the team and what those people do in the app.

Keep sign-in details private and tell us promptly at [support email] if you think an account has been misused.

Your data

The records you enter belong to your workshop. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the right to collect and store your customers' information and for meeting your own privacy obligations to them.

Owners can download a backup at any time from Settings. Keep your own copies; we are not responsible for data you delete.

Acceptable use

Don't use Worqsta to break the law, send spam, upload malicious files, or try to access other workshops' data or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Trials, plans and payment

New workshops start with a free trial of [14] days. After that, continued use requires a paid plan at the prices shown at [pricing link]. Fees are [monthly/annual], in Australian dollars, and include GST where applicable.

If payment fails or the plan is cancelled, we may limit the workshop to read-only access and later close it as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Worqsta available and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding fees paid for the period affected, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your workshop at any time. We may end the service for a workshop that breaches these terms, after notice where reasonable.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of [state], Australia. Questions: [support email].
