When the trial ends
Choose a plan any time from Settings → Plan in the app. If you pay before the trial ends, the days you have left are added to your first period free.
If the trial ends without a plan, nothing is deleted: your workshop becomes read-only. You can still view everything and download a backup, and choosing a plan unlocks it straight away.
How billing works
- Secure checkout
- The workshop owner pays by card on Stripe's secure checkout page. Worqsta never sees your card details.
- Monthly or annual
- Pay month to month, or yearly and get 2 months free. Renewals are charged automatically.
- Change plan any time
- A new plan applies straight away. Days you've already paid for become free days on the new plan, so you never pay twice for the same days. There are no part-month charges or refunds.
- Cancel any time
- Cancel from Settings → Plan. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Missed payments
- If a renewal payment fails, everything keeps working for 7 days while the card is retried. After that the workshop is read-only until a plan is paid for.
- Team size
- Each plan allows a set number of team members. To add more people, move to a bigger plan.
